Welcome to FixMyRankAI.com. By using our website, creating an account, or subscribing to any plan, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

1. Description of Service

FixMyRankAI is a SaaS tool that analyzes websites for SEO issues, provides actionable recommendations, and (on Enterprise plans) generates and optionally auto-deploys code patches to fix those issues. We offer four plans: Starter (free), Pro ($19/mo), Business ($49/mo), and Enterprise ($99/mo).

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
Subscriptions auto-renew each month until you cancel.
You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refund is issued for past payments when you cancel.
All sales are final. The free plan (1 audit/month, no credit card) serves as your trial. Because a free evaluation is always available, paid subscription fees are non-refundable once charged.
A conditional refund is available only if you have not generated or deployed any AI code fixes and you request it within 3 days of your first payment. See our Refund Policy for details.
Once AI code fixes are generated or deployed to your account, the service has been delivered and no refund will be issued.
Each plan has a monthly analysis limit. Unused analyses do not roll over.
We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice. Existing subscribers keep their current rate until renewal.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service to analyze websites you do not own or do not have permission to audit.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our systems.
Resell or redistribute our analysis results or code patches without authorization.
Use auto-apply features to push malicious or harmful code to any repository or website.
Share your account credentials or subscription with others.

4. Auto-Apply & Deploy Features

Enterprise users may connect GitHub, webhook, or WordPress deploy targets. When you use auto-apply, we generate code patches using AI and push them to your configured target. You are responsible for reviewing all auto-generated code before merging or publishing it. We are not liable for any issues caused by code deployed to your repositories or websites.

5. Intellectual Property & License

You retain ownership of your website content and any data you submit. We retain ownership of the FixMyRankAI platform, analysis engine, and generated recommendations. Code patches generated for your site are licensed to you, not owned by you — the license is valid only while your subscription is active. If your subscription is canceled, refunded, or terminated, your right to use generated code patches ends and you should remove them from your repositories and websites. Reselling, redistributing, or continuing to use generated code patches after your subscription ends is a violation of these Terms.

6. Disclaimers

No guarantee of results. SEO rankings depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, competition, and your own content strategy. FixMyRankAI provides analysis and recommendations to help improve your SEO, but we do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, or revenue outcome.

AI-generated content. Our recommendations and code patches are generated by AI models. While we strive for accuracy, outputs may occasionally contain errors. Always review generated code before deploying.

Service availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FixMyRankAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
